Nikita Mirzani's Lawyer Slams TikToker Vadel's Dance Moves at Police Station

Fahmi Bachmid, the legal representative of actress Nikita Mirzani, has publicly criticized TikToker Vadel Badjideh for his actions at the South Jakarta Metro Police Station following questioning related to allegations of abortion and sexual intercourse. Fahmi expressed strong disapproval of Vadel's dancing behavior, deeming it disrespectful to the institution.

Lack of Respect for Law Enforcement

"When they (Vadel) were summoned, he didn't respect the police institution. He was dancing here," said Fahmi, emphasizing his disapproval of Vadel's actions. "That's what should be reported, because they don't respect the police institution. This is not acceptable," he added, highlighting the gravity of the situation.

Fahmi strongly asserted that a police station is a place for seeking justice, not for entertainment. "This is not acceptable. This is a place to seek justice, not a place to dance. So, do whatever you want to do," he stated, drawing a clear line between appropriate behavior and the seriousness of the legal proceedings.

Confusion Over Reporting to Propam

Fahmi also expressed confusion regarding Vadel and his lawyer, Razman Nasution, filing a report against the investigators to the Propam Polda Metro Jaya. Fahmi believes that the investigators have fulfilled their duties according to standard procedures.

"Usually, reporting to Propam concerns the behavior of police officers across Indonesia. It's about their behavior that is reported. Now, I'm confused... What did the investigators do? First, the investigators summoned him appropriately. The investigators summoned him within a reasonable three-day period," Fahmi explained, questioning the rationale behind the complaint.

The case originated with Nikita reporting Vadel to the South Jakarta Metro Police Station on Thursday, September 12th, 2024, accusing him of sexual intercourse and abortion. Nikita took the alleged victim, LM, to an apartment in Bintaro, South Tangerang, for a medical examination before bringing her to the police station.

Vadel Badjideh has refuted all allegations made by Nikita Mirzani. The TikTok personality has also declared his willingness to face any potential consequences if found guilty. The case remains under investigation, and further developments are anticipated.
